Explanation of the process is available at our process detail page (process option Upgrade) . Please read carefully before making order. 

The process is:

1.     You make an order at this page for your Global Premier Upgrades.
   

2.     Wait for instruction (Waiting time varies depending on demand. For newly added product, it takes some time to boost demand. Please do not hesitate to make an order because of concern of waiting. It gets a place in the queue for you. Bottom line is that you may cancel an order in Waiting status anytime.)

3.     Upgrade flights for passenger (At the time a purchase request is sent to you, MilesP2P has collected payment passenger thus there is no need to worry about passenger not paying for the upgrade).

4.     Wait for travel completion, and 3 more days for buyer to report problem.

5.     Get paid.
